Appendix H – Meritorious leave for PEA members activated

The union has been informed by the employer that Appendix H– Meritorious Leave for professional employees covered by the PEA Agreement has also been activated retroactive to May 10, 2024. The period of compensation includes the two weeks prior to May 10, 2024, the effective date of the activation. Meritorious leave is the recognition process for regular full-time professional employees who perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as described in the PEA 17th Main Agreement – Information Appendix H.
