UVic Members Ratify Collective Agreement

January 16, 2023 (Victoria) – UVic members have voted 94% per cent in favour of their tentative agreement. The main highlights of the agreement are general wage increases as well as significant benefit improvements and remote work arrangements. These were the three main priorities that were identified by members during the consultation phase prior to bargaining.
