Pearson College Collective Agreement: Employer Ratifies

Dear PEA members,

Today, the employer ratified the tentative collective agreement. That means that you now have a collective agreement in place, and the rights and protections that come with that.

Congratulations on this significant milestone.

Going forward, you can access the tentative agreement on the PEA website. The union and the employer will put together the final collective agreement in the weeks ahead.

I will connect with the employer on a number of transition issues including a timeline for retro pay, and more. Once I have further information, I will let you know.
