Dear PEA members,

We are pleased to now share the full Memorandum of Settlement (MOS) outlining all agreed-upon changes for your review.

Ratification Town Hall: August 11
We will host a town hall meeting on TEAMS on August 11 to answer any questions in advance of the on-line vote. Meeting rooms have also be booked at BCER offices in Fort St. John, Kelowna and Victoria should members like to attend in-person. Please check your email for the invite details and login.

We believe the tentative agreement delivers meaningful gains while positioning the group well for continued work on benefits, compensation, and workplace issues in the next round of bargaining. As your bargaining committee, we recommend that members vote in favour of ratification.

Ratification Vote
Voting will take place electronically from Tuesday, August 11 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) until Tuesday, September 8 at 12:00 p.m. (noon).

You will receive an email with your election credentials on August 11 with a link to the voting site and your unique credential information. If you do not receive the email from Simply Voting please check your junk mail folder. If it isn’t there, please contact the PEA via email at voting@pea.org or by calling 1-800-779-7736 Ext. 200. Adding pea@simplyvoting.com to your address book can facilitate the delivery of your voting credentials.
