Notice of 2023 FMA Chapter AGM

The Family Maintenance Agency (FMA) Chapter’s 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held online November 9 at 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time immediately following the legal counsel meeting. The registration link was sent via email.

Executive Committee Elections

For those members interested, there is an opportunity to step forward for the Chapter Executive. The Executive Committee of the FMA consists of three members, elected annually. The Executive Committee shall appoint from among its members a Chairperson, a Vice-Chairperson and a Secretary-Treasurer. The elections will take place at the AGM. 3.9 Use of Employer E-mail Facilities for Association Business

C. Requirements for Candidates

The Association requires candidates in every Association and Chapter election to refrain from using employer e-mail facilities for campaigning. All candidates will be provided with a copy of this policy at the time of nomination. Any candidate who violates this policy, or knowingly permits anyone else on their behalf to use employer e-mail facilities for campaigning, will be disqualified from election by the Association Executive.
