Apply For the PEA Central Pro D Fund Before May 31, 2026

Dear PEA members,

Just a reminder that applications for the PEA Central Professional Development Fund, will be accepted until May 31, 2026. All details of the process can be found on the program website.

Eligible members have access to two types of professional development funding:

  • Personal Professional Development Expense Account (PDEA)
  • Central Professional Development Fund

Eligibility is the same for both types of funding; however, the amount of funding available and the process for accessing these funds vary.

The PDEA Guidelines for Staff is a companion guide to the HR6420 policy, providing additional information and guidance on eligible expenses as well as PDEA procedures.

Applicants do not need to deplete their personal PDEA accounts to qualify/apply for the Central Fund.
