Call for Representatives: North Central Labour Council

We are seeking three GLP representatives for the North Central Labour Council (NCLC)! The GLP Chapter is now affiliated to the NCLC, chartered by the Canadian Labour Congress (CLC). This is an opportunity to have your voice heard.

Meetings will take place five times a year: January, April, June, September and November. The two-hour meetings are held in person at the Prince George BCGEU Area Office (500 Quebec St.), or virtually on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. Delegates can also participate in the yearly Labour Day events. (The NCLC covers the areas bordered on the north by the town of Mackenzie, on the south by Hixon, on the east by McBride, and on the west by Vanderhoof and Fort St. James. Additional areas include Peace River, South Cariboo and Quesnel.) The NCLC Constitution is available for further information.

If you would like to become involved, submit your expression of interest below by December 5. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. Thank you.
