LABC Tentative Agreement Highlights & MOS

Dear LABC members,

As promised, we have put together an overview of highlights from the tentative agreement that was reached last week, as well as the memorandum of settlement. The bargaining committee recommends ratification of this tentative agreement.

Ratification Vote: November 28 – December 9, 2022
Voting on ratification of the tentative agreement will open Monday, November 28 at 1:00 p.m. PST and close on Friday, December 9 at noon. Scrutineering will be held at 1:00 p.m. on December 9, and the results will be announced that afternoon.

Members will receive an email from the PEA with their voting credentials to their preferred email address on Monday, November 28, at 1:00 p.m. PST. The email will contain a link to the voting site and their unique credential information (login and password).
