Ombudsperson Advisory Committee

Are you looking to get more engaged with the work of your union? The UVic chapter of the PEA is canvassing member interest for an appointment to the UVic Ombudsperson Advisory Committee. This is an exciting role for any member interested in ensuring fair and accessible policies for students, staff and visitors across campus and beyond.

The Equity and Human Rights Office (EQHR) at UVic is revising their Sexualized Violence Prevention and Response Policy. We know that important policy revisions like this, benefit from hearing the perspectives of PEA members directly.
