Call for HSP Picket Captains

Your HSP bargaining committee is calling for volunteers to serve in the crucial role of picket captain, in the event that job action occurs.

The strength of our picket lines is paramount to a successful strike. A large part of the duty of a picket captain is to sign members in and out so that they receive picket pay, create picket schedules, and make sure your fellow workers have the materials necessary to carry out the strike. 

All members who signed up to be a picket captain will be given training on how to perform their duties on the line and will have the support of PEA staff. If you have any questions you can contact dpike@pea.org.
