1. Bullying & Harassment Prevention
Workplace bullying and harassment are not just interpersonal issues—they’re serious occupational hazards. This course is tailored for provincially-regulated workplaces in British Columbia and equips participants to:

  • Define bullying and harassment under human rights and health & safety law
  • Recognize the damaging effects on individuals and organizations
  • Identify root causes and implement proactive prevention strategies
  • Understand WCB policy requirements and Joint OH&S Committee responsibilities

2. Psychologically Healthy & Safe Workplaces (CSA Standard)
With 1 in 5 Canadians facing mental health challenges each year, creating a psychologically safe workplace is more important than ever. This workshop empowers your team to:

  • Spot signs of a psychologically unsafe environment
  • Identify organizational risk factors for mental illness
  • Apply the CSA National Standard for Psychological Health & Safety
  • Access tools and resources to support mental well-being at work
