Rhiannon Bray

Rhiannon joined the PEA in 2009 and currently serves as the Labour Relations Officer for the Law Society of British Columbia, Legal Aid BC, and the BC Family Maintenance Agency chapters. She also represents members from St. Margaret’s School, Pearson College, and the Okanagan Regional Library.

Her work focuses on advocacy in areas such as conflict resolution, workplace accommodation, classification evaluation, and arbitration. Rhiannon also leads collective agreement negotiations as the chief negotiator for several chapters.

She holds a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution from the University of Victoria. Prior to joining the PEA, Rhiannon worked in Japan for a multinational electronics company, where she was involved in strategic global human resources initiatives.
