COVID Transition Plan

Some of you have asked the Chapter Executive if the Law Society has plans for a return to the workplace in the near future.

In response to the LSL’s recent inquiry, Law Society management indicated there are no immediate plans to require Staff Lawyers to return to the office at any more capacity than they have currently been working. Members can expect to continue as they have, at least until there is more express clarity from the province.

Management is also just starting to consider any post-COVID changes, including more working from home flexibility. If you have comments that you would like the chapter to provide to management on this issue, please provide them to Brett Harper via email.
